Closed two private placements, the first of 12.5 million units at C$0.80 each for a total C$10 million and the second of 6.5 million units at C$0.82 each for a total C$5.3 million to fund the acquisition of a 25% working interest in the southern prospect area and fund operations on the southern and northern prospect areas of the Paradox Basin project, Utah. Macquarie Bank Ltd. was placement agent on the second offering.
