Increased the size of its financings. The company will issue some 11.8 million common shares as flow-through shares at $0.34 per share to Dundee Securities Ltd. by way of private placement on a bought deal basis. Up to 806,452 common shares at $0.31 per share, some 5.5 million common shares as flow-through shares at $0.32 per share, and some 5.1 million common shares as flow-through shares at $0.34 per share will also be issued.
