Completed the issuance of some 11.8 million common shares as flow-through shares at $0.34 per share to Dundee Securities Ltd. by way of private placement on a bought deal basis, 200,000 common shares at $0.31 per share, some 4.8 million common shares as flow-through shares at $0.32 per share, and some 4.9 million common shares as flow-through shares at $0.34 per share.
