Accepted a commitment from administrative agent, Bank of Montreal, to consent to certain amendments and waivers for the senior secured revolving credit facility. Also accepted the interests for lenders who do not consent. Amendments will eliminate cash-raising obligations for certain transactions. Amendments include compliance waivers concerning ratio and debt covenants.
