Closed private placement of about 14.7 million common shares issued on a flow-through basis. Acumen Capital Finance Partners Ltd., as underwriter, exercised its option to purchase about 1.84 million additional shares for additional gross proceeds of about C$314,095. Gross proceeds will be used to incur eligible Canadian exploration expenses prior to Dec. 31, 2017. Shares are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period from the closing of the offering.
