Raised equity commitments from NGP through NGP Natural Resources XII LP and NGP Royalty Partners LP. Proceeds will be used to continue successful track record set by predecessor of building a large, aggregated mineral and royalty portfolio. Mesa II will target acquisitions of mineral and royalty assets generating $10 million per year or more of cash flow across all major shale basins in the U.S.
