Commenced a private exchange offer with Vanquish Finance Inc. and Vanquish Energy LLC for either Vanquish class A units and 2017 senior notes or cash in exchange of its outstanding 2016 senior notes. On consummation, Milagro will transfer substantially all of its assets to Vanquish Energy LLC. Wells Fargo Bank NA is Trustee.
