Through managed investment partnerships, Post Oak Energy Capital LP led an equity commitment. Henry Energy LP and Moriah Energy Investments LLC will co-invest. They jointly manage Moriah Henry, which will use proceeds to fund core Midland Basin asset acquisitions and development.
