Paramount Resources Ltd.

Will redeem about $286.58 million of outstanding 7.625% senior unsecured notes due 2019 on Dec. 19 of this year. Redemption price will be 102.542% of the principal amount of the redeemed notes. The aggregate redemption price plus accrued and unpaid interest on the notes will be paid through cash on hand.
