Completed the public offering of some 1.1 million class A common shares issued on a flow-through basis and private placement of flow-through shares to Clayton H. Riddell and James H. T. Riddell both sold at $44 per share. Gross proceeds will be used for Canadian exploration expenses. RBC Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets, and Peters & Co. Ltd. co-lead the syndicate of underwriters.
