Parsley Energy Inc.

Opened a public offering of 20 million Class A common shares, and a portion of the proceeds will fund the aggregate purchase price for certain acquisitions in the Midland and southern Delaware basins. Any remainder will support the capital program and general corporate purposes, including potential future acquisitions. Morgan Stanley and BMO Capital Markets Corp. are joint lead book-runners.
