Closed the bought deal offering of about 15.3 million common shares priced at C$30 each. A syndicate of underwriters included about 2 million shares issued at the same price. Net proceeds will support capex associated with the C$6.5 billion suite of secured growth projects, debt payments and general corporate purposes.
