Entered into an agreement for the purchase on a bought deal private placement basis of some 1.4 million units of the company at $0.70 per unit with the option to acquire additional units. Net proceeds will be used to support working capital and other general corporate purposes. Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. is the underwriter.
