Closed on the issuance of term asset backed securities in a private placement transaction with a syndicate of U.S.-based institutional investors. Proceeds will be used to accelerate the company’s acquisition-driven growth strategy in the Midcontinent region of the U.S. and recapitalize its balance sheet.
