Post Oak Energy Capital LP is leading an equity commitment to the firm focusing on acquisition of mineral and royalty interests in the U.S. This is the second partnership with Post Oak; the first iteration aggregated mineral and royalty interests in the Scoop/Stack in Oklahoma and the Midland Basin in West Texas. The company's management team will co-invest.
