Closed secondary offering of common shares at $25 each. Shares were offered to a group of institutional investors by some founding major shareholders of Seven Generations Energy. The offer followed one for a $251 million treasury offering that closed December 2013. RBC Capital Markets and Peters & Co. Ltd. led the most recent offering as well as the one that closed in December 2013.
