Shoreline Energy Corp. - 2013-04-17

Entered into an agreement with Casimir Capital Ltd. to act as agent for a private placement of up to some 1.3 million common shares with an option for 187,500 additional shares issued on a flow-through basis at $4 per share. Proceeds will be used for eligible Canadian exploration expenditures.
