Post Oak Energy Capital LP committed equity to the subsidiary of Sierra Resources LLC. GSO Capital Partners LP affiliates and Sierra’s management also contributed capital and will continue investing. Sierra recently began focusing on acquiring and developing Eagle Ford Shale unconventional assets.
