SilverBow Resources Inc.

Entered into an equity distribution agreement among the company and Johnson Rice & Co. LLC and Truist Securities Inc. as sales agents for the sale of shares of the company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of up to $40 million. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including, but not limited to, financing of capex, repayment or refinancing of outstanding debt, financing acquisitions or investments, financing other business opportunities, and general working capital purposes.
