Southwestern Energy Company has received the consents from holders of at least a majority of the outstanding principal amount of each of the 4.10% senior notes due 2022 and 4.95% senior notes due 2025 to amend certain restrictive covenants contained in the indentures governing the 2022 notes and 2025 notes.
