Announced the final results and expiration of its previously announced offers to purchase for cash up to a maximum aggregate purchase price, excluding accrued interest, equal to $901,728,320 of the company’s 4.1% senior notes due 2022, 4.05% senior notes due 2020, 4.95% senior notes due 2025, 7.50% senior notes due 2026 and 7.75% senior notes due 2027.
