Statoil has elected to redeem all of the $750 million 1.950% notes due November 8, 2018 and all of the $1.5 billion 5.25% notes due April 15, 2019. The redemption date is December 14, 2017 and the redemption prices will be determined on the third business day prior to the redemption date.
