Company and its subsidiary Summit Midstream Finance Corp. offered senior unsecured notes due 2022. Summit Holdings will use the net proceeds to repay part of credit facility borrowings. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., RBC Capital Markets, RBS and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are joint book-running managers. BBVA, BMO Capital Markets, BofA Merrill Lynch, ING Group, Regions Securities LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey are senior co-managers, the company added. Capital One Securities, Crédit Agricole CIB, PNC Capital Markets LLC and SMBC Nikko are also co-managers, the company noted.
