Priced 9 million Class A shares representing limited partner interests at $22 each. The shares were sold by funds affiliated with Kelso & Co. and The Energy & Minerals Group, the selling security holders, who gave the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase about 1.35 million additional shares. TEGP will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
