Priced its initial public offering of some 13.1 million common units listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “TEP” at $21.50 per unit. Barclays, Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank Securities are joint book-running managers. Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities, Baird, and Stifel are co-managers.
