Closed public offering of 7.245 million common units, including 945,000 common units purchased pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriter's over-allotment option, at the public offering price of $47.58 per unit. Net proceeds were used to partially finance recent acquisitions. BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities were joint book-running managers, and RBC Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey were co-managers.
