Plans to offer series A preferred units in a public offering with an option to purchase addition units. Net proceeds will be used for general partnership purposes, including the funding of newbuilding installments, capital conversion projects, and the acquisitions of vessels. BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and UBS Investment Bank are joint book-running managers.
