Closed on a senior secured revolving credit facility with First Reserve as part of its midstream JV with Caliber Midstream Partners LP. Proceeds will be used for further expansion of Caliber's gathering system and for general corporate purposes. Citibank NA was administrative agent, collateral agent, joint lead arranger and joint book-runner. Wells Fargo Securities LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC were joint lead arrangers, joint book-runners and co-syndication agents. Amegy Bank National Association was documentation agent.
