UpCurve Energy Partners II LLC

Closed an equity commitment from Post Oak Energy Capital LP. The new equity commitment was used by UpCurve II to complete an initial acquisition in the Delaware Basin. Remaining equity commitment will be used to continue to pursue an “acquire and exploit” strategy, focused on value creation via best-in-class execution.
