Offshore Group Investment Ltd., its wholly owned subsidiary, delivered notice to the holders of all of its outstanding 11.5% senior secured first lien notes due 2015 of its intention to redeem any and all of the notes for 108.625% of the outstanding principal amount of the 2015 notes.
