Entered into definitive agreements regarding equity financing round of $10 million in shares priced at C$4.50 each, co-led by Riverstone Holdings LLC and JOG Capital. Other investors include certain funds managed by JOG and the Vesta management team. Vesta's financial advisers were BMO Capital Markets and Goldman Sachs Canada.
