Viper Energy Partners LP

Announced the pricing of Viper’s public offering of 9 million common units representing limited partner interests at a public offering price of $31.25 per unit. The total gross proceeds of the offering will be approximately $281.3 million. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.08 million common units from Viper.

UBS Investment Bank and Credit Suisse are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
