Viper Energy Partners LP

Viper Energy Partners LP, a subsidiary of Diamondback Energy Inc., announced the pricing of Viper’s public offering of 9.5 million common units representing limited partner interests at a public offering price of $32 per unit. The 9.5 million offering of common units represents a 1.5 million unit upsize to the originally proposed 8 million offering of common units. The total gross proceeds of the offering (before underwriters’ discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses) will be approximately $304 million. The underwriters have a 30 day option to purchase up to an additional 1.425 million common units from Viper.
