Wildcat Midstream Holdings LLC - 2013-01-22

Entered into an agreement with Highstar Capital IV LP whereby Highstar has acquired a 50% interest in the company from Liberty Energy Holdings LLC and Wildcat’s management team. Capital will be designated towards the continued development and expansion of the company’s midstream infrastructure in North Louisiana and West Texas.
