Disposed of some 13 million common shares of Storm Resources Ltd. with its wholly owned subsidiary Yoho Resources Partnership. Shares disposed of as part of arrangement where issued and outstanding shares in Yoho’s capital were exchanged for one new common share as well as 0.2591% of a common share of Storm. Yoho originally acquired the shares as partial consideration for its Jan. 31 sale to Storm of its Montney acreage in northeast British Columbia’s Nig area.
