Avner Oil Exploration and Delek Drilling have submitted a declaration of commerciality for the Aphrodite natural gas reservoir, also known as Block 12, to the government of Cyprus, according to a news release.
In addition, the partners said they intend to submit a proposed outline of the development plan for reservoir to the government of Cyprus.
Partners are Noble Energy Mediterranean Ltd., 70% interest; Avner Oil Exploration Ltd. Partnership, 15%; and Delek Drilling Ltd. Partnership, 15%.
