Duer Wagner III Oil & Gas LP has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell certain nonoperated assets in the Texas and Oklahoma Anadarko Basin in a negotiated deal.
The package includes 12 field areas covering approximately 5,500 net acres in Hemphill and Wheeler counties in the Texas Panhandle and Ellis, Roger Mills, Dewey, Custer, Blaine and Canadian counties, Oklahoma. The assets feature 103 nonoperated wells with multiple-zone ongoing development activity targeting the Granite Wash, Cleveland, Marmaton, Woodford and Tonkawa formations.
Monthly cash flow is $1.4 million. Upside includes 70 proved undeveloped locations.
The bid due date is June 12. The effective date is June 1.
