EnergyQuest Resources LP has been
formed with cash and oil properties from
Wayne Greenwalt, Jerry Crews and Jory
Pacht and $25 million in cash from
Quantum Energy Partners, Houston.
EnergyQuest aims to acquire and exploit
primarily along the Texas and Louisiana
coasts, primarily targeting assets in the
$500,000 to $20-million range that contain
existing production with upside recompletion
potential or development-drilling
opportunities.
The management is formerly of Energy
Partners Ltd. (NYSE: EPL), Texoil Inc.,
Aroc Inc. (Pink Sheets: AROI) and Seis-
Strat Services Inc. EnergyQuest can be
