EnLink Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: ENLK) completed the acquisition of the Victoria Express Pipeline and related truck terminal and storage assets from Devon Energy Corp. (NYSE: DVN), the company said April 1.
The 56-mile, multigrade crude oil pipeline handles about 50,000 barrels per day (bbl/d). When expansion projects that are currently underway are completed, it will handle about 90 Mbbl/d, the April 1 press release said.
There is also an eight-bay truck unloading terminal and 200 Mbbl of above-ground storage. There are also rights to barge loading docks, EnLink added.
Dallas-based EnLink will invest between $30 million and $40 million of additional capital, the March 23 release added.
