EOG Resources has retained Meagher Energy Advisors to sell certain assets in Oklahoma.
The package includes various interests in 36 wells with operated and nonoperated production in 7,698 gross leasehold acres (1,368 net) that are held by production or producing in the Mountain Front area in Beckham, Kiowa and Washita counties. The majority of the acreage is depth restricted or limited.
The Washita County assets include an average 10.5% working interest (8.4% net revenue interest) in 24 wells targeting the Springer, Morrow, Granite Wash and Britt/Boatwright formations.
The Kiowa County assets include an average 51.6% working interest (40.7% net revenue interest) in four wells operated by EOG and 23.9% working interest (19.4% net revenue interest) in seven wells operated by Cimarex Energy Co. targeting the Springer and Morrow formations.
Net production from the assets is 1.01 million cubic feet of gas per day. Net operating income is $64,397 per month.
The bid due date is May 15. The effective date is May 1.
