Tyler Farquharson will become acting CFO and treasurer of EXCO Resources Inc. (NYSE: XCO), effective Nov. 2, on the departure of Chris Peracchi, the current vice president, acting CFO and treasurer, the company said Oct. 25.
Farquharson will continue serving as vice president of strategic planning and will continue leading investor relations.
Harold L. Hickey, CEO and president, said that Farquharson has worked at EXCO for 11 years, handling business modeling, banking, hedging, budgeting, economics and strategic planning.
Hickey said that Peracchi joined EXCO in 2013.
EXCO Resources Inc. is based in Dallas.
