Globe Energy Services LLC plans to buy Paul Musslewhite Trucking Co. LLC and affiliated entities in Levelland, Texas for an undisclosed amount.

Musslewhite is a Permian-based fluid services company founded in 1937. The new fleet of the combined companies includes more than 700 fluid service trucks, almost 2,500 tanks and 28 saltwater disposal facilities. Following the acquisition, Musslewhite will operate under the Globe name.
