Grid Petroleum Corp., Calgary, (OTCBB: GRPR) formerly Sunberta Resources Inc., plans to acquire a 100% interest in four prospects in Wyoming's Jonah Field from an unnamed seller. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The prospects encompass more than 6,000 acres of high-impact gas leases.
Closing must take place by April 15.
