John Ferguson will retire as president and CEO of RMP Energy Inc., effective Feb. 28, the company said Jan. 16.
Ferguson became RMP’s president and CEO in May 2011 after the reorganization of Orleans Energy Ltd.
Ferguson, who also retired from the board of directors, led the company over the last six years.
Ferguson will be an integral part of the transition plan, the Calgary, Alberta-based company said.
