Kerns Resources plans to sell select properties in the Texas Granite Wash.
Net production of the properties is 842 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d). Total proved reserves are 4.2 (MMboe/d).
Kerns’ select properties include 17 producing wells on 2,166 gross acres in Roberts and Hemphill Counties, TX. Unit Corp. operates the properties. Kern holds a 17% working interest in the properties.
The data room opens March 6, and bids are due April 11.
The companies foresee closing by May 15.
