Utah Gas Solutions LLC and Utah Gas Solutions II LLC are selling roughly 21,000 net HBP acres, according to Riviera-Ensley Energy Advisors, which has been retained to handle the transaction.
The offer includes interests in the Clear Creek Federal Unit and Helper Field in Carbon and Emery counties, Utah.
Clear Creek Highlights:
- 17,735 net HBP acres;
- 100% working interest and 80% net revenue interest;
- Third-party estimated net proved gas reserves of 123 billion cubic feet (Bcf) and 212 Bcf possible reserves;
- Nine wellbores available for production with proved developed non-producing reserves of 43 Bcf;
- Two saltwater disposal wells;
- 17 identified proved undeveloped locations with associated reserves of 82 Bcf; and
- Analogous to Drunkards Wash Field.
Helper Field Highlights:
- 3,600 net HBP acres;
- 100% working interest and 80% net revenue interest;
- Nine wellbores available for production;
- Calculated field EUR of 62.8 Bcf;
- High bottomhole pressures; and
- More than 40 drilling locations.
