Unit Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: UNT) is selling its operated and nonoperated stake in the Anadarko Basin through a sealed-bid offering handled by advisory firm EnergyNet.

The offer includes interest in more than 400 wells throughout Ochiltree County, Texas and Beaver, Harper and Texas counties, Okla., with a six-month average net income of roughly $300,000 per month.

Bids are due by 4 p.m. CT Nov. 29, and can be submitted to Ethan House, vice president of business development at EnergyNet.

Highlights:

  • Operated working interest in 260 wells;
    • 0.026850% to 100% working interest and 0.02350% to 87.5% net revenue interest;
    • 183 producing, 17 injection and 60 non-producing wells;
  • Nonoperated working interest in 176 wells;
    • 0.014320% to 95.8641% working interest and 0.012530% to 80.0053% net revenue interest;
    • 123 producing and 53 non-producing wells;
  • Includes the Marmaton saltwater disposal system;
  • Six-month average 8/8ths production of 872 barrels of oil per day and 7.623 million cubic feet per day;
  • Six-month average net income of $300,301 per month; and
  • Operators include Apache Corp. (NYSE: APA), Chaparral Energy LLC, Kaiser-Francis Oil Co., QEP Energy Co. and Sandridge Exploration and Production LLC.
