EnerVest Ltd. is offering for sale Arkoma Basin producing properties and leasehold in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
The offering includes operated coalbed methane (CBM) field-wide units and a gathering system. The assets are located in Sebastian County, Ark., and Coal, Hughes, LeFlore, McIntosh and Roger Mills counties, Okla.
Meagher Energy Advisors has been retained by the Houston company to handle the sale.

- About 95% of the proved developed producing value is operated by EnerVest;
- EnerVest-operated Hartford, Chambers and DeLeon CBM field-wide units;
- Completed in the Lower Hartshorne Coal;

- Average 63.18% working interest and 48.86% net revenue interest;
- Includes 75% membership interest in Arkoma Gathering LLC;
- 15,187 gross (8,504 net) acres;
- 54 total wells located in Coal, Hughes, LeFlore and McIntosh counties, Okla.;
- 43 wells overriding royalty interest only ownership;
- 11 nonoperated wells;
- Average 5.88% working interest, 4.03% net revenue interest and 0.65% overriding royalty interest;
- Six total wells in Roger Mills County, Okla.;
- Four wells overriding royalty interest only ownership;
- Two nonoperated wells;
- Average 24.55% working interest, 19.8% net revenue interest and 4.13% overriding royalty interest.
