Four Sevens Operating Co. Ltd., Sinclair Oil & Gas Co. and Chugash Exploration LP have retained Stephens Inc. for the offering of roughly 5,000 contiguous net leasehold acres in southwest Howard County, Texas, in and around the City of Big Spring.

- About 5,000 contiguous net leasehold acres in Howard County, Texas, prospective for multi-bench horizontal development
- Acreage has been substantially de-risked by significant development directly on and offsetting Seller’s position
- 109 highly economic horizontal, operated development locations identified across seven operated drilling and spacing units (DSUs); 176 remaining nonoperated locations across 12 DSUs
- Wells primarily targeting the prolific Wolfcamp A, Lower Spraberry and Wolfcamp B formations
- Majority of locations have lateral lengths of over 10,000 ft
- Net reserves: 85 million barrels of oil equivalent | Net PV-30: $251 million
- About 280 acres of controlled surface to facilitate drilling and production operations
