Iron Star Energy LLC retained TenOaks Energy Advisors LLC for the sale of its operated properties in Garvin County, Okla., in an offering close Aug. 28.
The offer includes exposure to stacked vertical pays anchored by a stable cash flow on an HBP footprint, according to TenOaks, which is serving as the company's exclusive adviser.
Highlights:
- 411 barrels of oil equivalent per day of net production
- $227,000 per month net cash flow (92% liquids by revenue)
- 2,400 gross (2,017 net) acres on the west side of the Eola-Robberson Field flanking the southern Scoop trend
- Low-risk, behind-pipe cases and 48 delineated drilling locations with high return potential
- Infrastructure in place supports forecasted development
